As NaturalSlim opened new franchises across Latin America, three pain points emerged:
Fragmented information – SOPs, product specs, and training videos lived in separate Google Drives, old email threads, and local hard drives.
Version control risk – Consultants sometimes used outdated forms or dosage tables, jeopardizing client outcomes and brand consistency.
Language & bandwidth barriers – Rural clinics needed a lightweight, multilingual portal that loaded quickly on limited connections.
To protect its reputation and scale safely, NaturalSlim required a purpose-built platform that would:
Serve as a single source of truth for every consultant asset.
